Café Del Sol pays homage to their regional food through many of their dishes, using imported ingredients from areas such as Brescia, Lombardy, Liguria and Geneva. Northern Italy curates amazing, hearty products, allowing for richer & heavier dishes with delicate sauces. Café Del Sol combines Italy’s regions in their menu and local South African flavours using traditional Italian recipes.
